What Am I Known For?

the challenge for the week from Simon Says Stamp and Show is, i think my favourite as of yet!!! the challenge as you must already know is What are you know for? and it was easy as i'm best known for my play with a variety of COLOURS!!! Especially, BRIGHT colours!!!

i love so many colours so much that if someone ask me what is your favourite colour, i don't think i'll be able to answer… colours make the world we live in a better place… because of colours we can see the most amazing things in the world or in the universe…

here's a creation that shows off  what i'm thinking….

Hope you enjoy!!!!

Lace Love

Its time for another challenge from Simon Says Stamp and Show… and this time its one of my favourite combos, Lace and Doilies. For the Lace Love challenge, I have accented everyones favourite bodice with lace and flowers and a key… to make the card very feminine a doily was spray painted and attached like a fan and underneath it all, black feathers… i believe that nothing say sexy and misterious like lace and feathers!!!!

have you seen the photos of women from the 20's, how they have dressed up, they look so mysteriously sexy… don't they… this is what inspired me with this card...

Enjoy!!!!

Embrace the Old!

It's another year, and this year i think my resolution should be to Blog more regularly instead of every couple of months….

Lets pray that this year i'm able to stick to my resolution!!!

Anyways its time for this year's first blog contest from Simon Says Stamp and Show, this time they are bringing in an old concept… Challenge: Embrace the old!!!

now then, as usual, there are tooooo many choices for this one… but, i thought that i should do a vintage looking card instead of an old technique…. so i decided to do a very Sherlock Holmes kind of effect… the baroque cut out is a paper from T!m's crowded attic stash and then embossed with a wood grain texture… i hammered the brads and added alcohol inks on to it…

I really enjoyed creating this vintage piece… hope you enjoy it too….
